Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Email & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Mailchimp, AiSensy, and Wati, and preferably have experience with CleverTap for advanced campaign automation and analytics. This role blends email marketing, WhatsApp/SMS communication, and content creation to nurture leads and build lasting customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing (Mailchimp Must)

- Plan, design, and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotions).
- Build and manage automated journeys for lead nurturing and client engagement.
- Write high-converting subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design using Mailchimp templates & Canva.
- Monitor deliverability, spam scores, and maintain healthy subscriber lists.

WhatsApp & SMS Marketing (AiSensy, Wati Must)

- Design and run WhatsApp campaigns using AiSensy and Wati for broadcast messages, reminders, and event updates.
- Manage segmentation, templates, and automation across WhatsApp channels.
- Integrate WhatsApp flows into lead generation, event registrations, and nurturing campaigns.
- Track CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and conversions from WhatsApp campaigns.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization

- Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs) across email and WhatsApp.
- Use CleverTap (preferred) to monitor user behavior, funnels, and cohort analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Cross-Channel Alignment

- Coordinate with the social media and content teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Sync campaigns with webinars, live sessions, and physical events.
- Support event turnout campaigns (WhatsApp reminders, SMS blasts, email invites).

Required Skills & Tools

- Mailchimp (must) deep experience in automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- WhatsApp marketing (must) AiSensy & Wati (setup, automation, campaign execution).
- Content creation & writing persuasive email/WhatsApp copy, strong English writing skills.
- Canva for basic campaign creatives.
- Analytics A/B testing, reporting, tracking ROI.
- Preferred: Understanding of CleverTap for behavioral analytics and automation.
- Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram ads (nice-to-have).
