About the Role:

You'll be an individual contributor tasked with building and scaling multichannel lead-generation programs across

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Affiliate, and Influencer channels. Your work will directly fuel Marketing Qualified Leads

(MQLs) and revenue across key markets (India, US, UK, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Australia).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Email, SMS & WhatsApp Strategy & Execution
  • Design end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) across email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Build segmentation, personalization and automation flows using CleverTap and Zoho (for email) and SMS/WhatsApp campaign tools.
  • A/B test subject lines, message copy, send-times and CTAs to optimize open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox/SMS delivery metrics; partner with IT/Dev to maintain sender health and compliance.
