IntroductionWe are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while implementing effective marketing strategies.This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, target-driven, and skilled in both client engagement and market promotion.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking. Promote and sell products or services according to client needs. Close sales deals and ensure timely delivery of services or products. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. 2. Marketing & Promotion Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Plan and organize promotional events, campaigns, and product launches. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Address client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Provide professional support and guidance to clients regarding products and services. 4. Reporting & Analysis Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing campaigns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports for management. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. 5. Team Collaboration & Support Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals. Coordinate with operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth execution. Contribute ideas for innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.Required Skills & Competencies Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
