Decision Analyst you should have experience with Basic Essential Qualifications Bachelor s degree Not mandatory but beneficial if in Marketing Business Economics Statistics or a related field Proven experience in developing measuring marketing strategies and KPIs across digital and traditional channels Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Python SQL Excel Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Solid understanding of marketing ROI attribution models and marketing efficiency Desirable skillsets good to have Experience in marketing analytics preferably predictive analytics media performance or strategy roles Experience with econometric modeling or marketing mix modeling MMM Familiarity with customer segmentation targeting and personalization strategies Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing business and creative teams Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and business relevance This role will be based out of Noida Gurgaon Purpose of the role To implement data quality process and procedures ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation and optimise resources Accountabilities Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality lineage controls and authoritative source identification Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing Development and application of advanced analytical techniques including machine learning and AI to solve complex business problems Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement Assistant Vice President Expectations To advise and influence decision making contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness Collaborate closely with other functions business divisions Lead a team performing complex tasks using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes If the position has leadership responsibilities People Leaders are Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function Collaborate with other areas of work for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information internal and external sources such as procedures and practises in other areas teams companies etc to solve problems creatively and effectively Communicate complex information Complex information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes All
