Job Description Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing all front desk activities. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in a dynamic office setting. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional appearance and demeanor - Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printer, scanner) - Customer service orientation - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
