- Build and maintain trust across all customer levels—from operational stakeholders to the C-suite.

Contact Matrix Management

- Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence.

Cross-Functional Alignment

- Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration.

Time & Priority Management

- Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation.

Key Accountabilities

- Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams.
- Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals.
