The ideal candidate should be flexible, responsible, and able to handle both official and personal coordination duties with complete confidentiality and discipline.This position is ideal for a fresher who wants to grow by learning business coordination, executive support, and real-world management skills. Key Responsibilities:- Maintain calendars and manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel plans. Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence with professionalism. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Follow up on assigned tasks, projects, and inter-departmental coordination. Manage office files (both digital and physical) while ensuring data confidentiality. Support in handling visitor appointments and client communications. Track expenses, reimbursements, and prepare cash reports accurately. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and other teams for seamless daily operations. Ensure smooth communication and task follow-up, including after office hours when required. Maintain full confidentiality in all personal and professional matters. Handle official and personal errands, as well as communications, when needed. Eligibility: - Graduate in any discipline. - Fresher or up to 2 years of experience as a coordinator or assistant. - Must be willing to handle both official and personal support tasks. - - - - Skills & Qualities Required: Excellent communication (English & Hindi). Strong organizational and time management skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Smart, presentable, and professional personality. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. Trustworthy, punctual, and flexible with timing. Self-motivated and ready to take initiative.
