leWe are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment strategies for our Branding & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruiter and a strategic leader who can manage a high-performing team, ensure high-volume monthly closures, and strengthen the employer brand in the marke

Process Optimization: Implement best practices, tools, and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate ex

Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competi

tive edge.

- RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supe

Domain Expertise: Strong track record in branding, marketing, and creative hiring (agency or corporate environme

Team Management: Experience in leading, training, and motivating a team of 3 or m

- ore recruiters.
