Role Description This is a full-time off-role profile, for a Field Sales Executive located in Gonda. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's energy solutions portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing market feedback to the sales team to enhance strategies. Qualifications - Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships - Market analysis and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth - Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms is a plus - Previous experience in energy solutions or related industries is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
