a fast-paced environment RequirementsKey Responsibilities xe2x97x8f Financial Management xe2x96xa0 Oversee all accounting activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions xe2x96xa0 Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes xe2x96xa0 Prepare and maintain financial statements budgets and forecasts xe2x97x8f MIS Reporting xe2x96xa0 Develop and deliver accurate timely and insightful MIS reports to senior management xe2x96xa0 Analyse financial data and present key insights for decision-making xe2x96xa0 Monitor financial performance against Finance or a related field xe2x97x8f Certified Public Accountant CPA Chartered Accountant CA or similar certification preferred xe2x97x8f Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year in a managerial role xe2x97x8f Strong knowledge of accounting principles GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting xe2x97x8f Proficiency in accounting software e g ZOHO SAP Tally or similar xe2x97x8f Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and MIS reporting xe2x97x8f Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements xe2x97x8f Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a
