Key Responsibilities

  • Record-Keeping:Accurately recording daily financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and payments, into the general ledger.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:Processing invoices, managing bill payments to vendors, issuing invoices to clients, and tracking outstanding balances.
  • Bank Reconciliation:Comparing company financial records with bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Financial Reporting:Assisting senior accountants by gathering data and compiling information for financial reports like profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Payroll Assistance:Supporting the processing of payroll, which can involve verifying employee hours and processing payments.
