Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist for an on-site position at our Gurgaon office. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content tailored for diverse platforms, and managing digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands. The specialist will monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and collaborate with diverse teams to execute projects that enhance our clients online presence. Qualifications - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation - Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights - Experience with digital tools and platforms relevant to social media and marketing - Creative thinking and a strong understanding of brand-building strategies - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment is a plus
