Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. 2-3 years experience The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms, analyzing social media performance, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include social media scheduling, audience engagement, collaboration with the marketing team, and staying updated on emerging trends to drive growth and brand visibility. Qualifications - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and crafting Social Media Content Creation that aligns with brand strategies. - Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan and implement effective campaigns. - Excellent Communication skills for collaboration, audience engagement, and delivering brand messages effectively. - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance metrics is an asset. - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coordinating both on-site and remotely as required. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field is preferred.
