Remote Highly skilled Telecaller with strong communication skills and experience in international sales, preferably in the mortgage and insurance industries. Key Requirements - Excellent English & Malayalam communication skills (speaking & comprehension) - Mandatory: Proven experience in Sales / Telecalling - International calling experience in one or more regions: US / UK / EMEA / Canada - Ability to handle outbound calls, follow-up, and close leads - Strong persuasion and client-handling skills - Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential. Hindi proficiency is a plus. - A warm, empathic communication style and a pleasant telephone presence are essential for this role. Role Responsibilities - Conduct outbound international calls - Pitch financial services confidently - Manage follow-ups and convert leads - Maintain CRM updates and daily call reports Who Should Apply - This position requires candidates who are comfortable handling sensitive customer interactions and providing personalised support for clients in the mortgage and insurance domains. - This role aligns with specific client communication preferences and requires candidates who meet those expectations. Work Timing - New Zealand business hours (01:30 AM to 09:30 AM Indian Time) Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 (based on experience) Incentives: Performance-linked rewards. Earn 50K+ in incentives upon achieving targets.
