We're seeking a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to connect with customers, promote our products/services, and achieve sales targets via outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.

  • Handle inbound calls professionally, address customer queries, and convert inquiries into sales.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services, highlight benefits, and offer solutions.

  • Record call details, follow up with leads, and update the CRM system.

  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
