a more connected compassionate world A Day in the Life A Day in the LifeTerritory Manager should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical operating room selling of the ENT products representing the organization in accordance with its policies Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned To execute strategic sales activities undertaken as part of a Business Planning modelTo provide surgical coverage follow-up support and troubleshooting for ENT therapyTo provide product and therapy training and education to new and existing centers To leverage customer contact at implant to grow the existing business accountsTo achieve territory growth targets for specified therapies by initiating and developing key implanters implant centers referral networks and educating patient influencers support groups To ensure that the Companys agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products procedures policies operations and customer contactProvide surgical case coverage follow-up support and troubleshooting for all ENT therapies in the assigned TerritoryConduct customer in-services for new and existing accountsConduct required training for new accounts on all therapiesSell specified therapies to physicians institutions payers and other medical staffDevelop relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and metWork with existing key implant centers to develop and implement strategies to move accounts towards technical self-sufficiency Support DBS cases along with the implanters and provide adequate training and troubleshooting help at the time of live cases Gather and communicate input from field to management regarding market trends customer satisfaction competition and product issuesDevelop ethical positive long-term customer relationshipsDemonstrate a responsible attitude towards expense managementMust Have Minimum RequirementsBachelor in Engineering ScienceMBA in Sales and MarketingMinimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling Medical Devices Selling is MandatoryExperience of Distribution ManagementWilling to travel extensivelyNice to HaveStrong Interpersonal skills with focused People Customer Result orientation Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities competition customer preferences etcAbility to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challengesStrong analytical skills to understand local markets and customer needs in order to develop region specific plans strategies and tactics xc2 xb7Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired resultsSALES PROFESSIONAL CAREER STREAM Typically sales professional individual contributors with direct sales responsibilities May direct the work of other lower level sales professionals or manage sales processes and or accounts involving multiple team members The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships developing new customer relationships implementing sales strategies and closing sales DIFFERENTIATING FACTORSAutonomy Established and productive sales professional managing multiple small to mid-size accounts Sells products and or services to a group of clients and identifies new and potential customers Works independently with general supervision Builds relationships Organizational Impact Works to achieve individual sales targets within product area and or account by selling products services developing new accounts and or expanding existing accounts Has a direct impact on achieving departments sales results May help to set objectives or goals for individual or team accounts Works on larger moderately complex accounts or have a small or medium-sized quota territory Understands market landscape marketing and pricing structure more influence on pricing structures Works with sales marketing and finance to structure complex contracts Innovation and Complexity Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in sales processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area Recommends changes in account tactics to achieve sales goals Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Communication and Influence May influence parties within own job function at an operational level Obtains or provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation Communicates with external customers and or vendors involving negotiation and or presentations in order to manage relationships and close sales Leadership and Talent Management Normally receives general instructions on routine work detailed instructions on new projects or assignments May provide guidance and
