Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on candidate sourcing and screening. 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications with minimal input. 3. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and shortlist profiles. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. 5. Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools to attract top talent. 6. Stay updated on CTC benchmarks and market hiring trends through surveys and analysis. 7. Ensure adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) for each recruitment activity. 8. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for internal teams and external candidates. 9.
