Ltd. is a leading IT service provider specializing in IT infrastructure management, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and automation solutions.Founded in 1999 and ISO 27001:2022 & ISO 9001:2015 certified, Softenger partners with global enterprises to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across India, Singapore, and Malaysia.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on candidate sourcing and screening.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications with minimal input.Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and shortlist profiles.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools to attract top talent.Stay updated on CTC benchmarks and market hiring trends through surveys and analysis.Ensure adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) for each recruitment activity.Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for internal teams and external candidates.Maintain detailed recruitment analytics and documentation for reporting purposes.Desired SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.Prior experience in IT industry recruitment preferred.Strong knowledge of Recruitment/HR software and applicant tracking systems.Analytical mindset with a process-driven and solution-oriented approach.Strong decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities.Preferred / Value Add SkillsExperience in IT Infrastructure , Cybersecurity , or Social Media Sourcing.Proficiency in using AI tools for sourcing and talent mapping.Understanding of industry hiring trends and digital sourcing strategies.Interview Details️ Dates: 17th & 18th October 2025Mode: Face-to-Face Interviews OnlyVenue: Softenger India Pvt.
