Who You Are - 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in technical/manufacturing hiring (CDMO, pharma, or regulated industry experience preferred). - Proven success recruiting specialized roles in regulated environments. - Excellent communicator who can collaborate across time zones and cultures. - Strategic and detail-oriented — passionate about connecting people to meaningful, career-defining work.
