Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the executive team, managing strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the efficient execution of the company's business plans. They will also oversee day-to-day operations, facilitate communications between departments, and assist in decision-making processes to drive the company's strategic goals. The role demands handling diverse administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and preparing reports for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and business operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and presenting insights to executive teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Previous experience in a healthcare technology company is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
