Job Title - Performance Marketing Manager Location - Noida We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Propacity. In this role, you will drive digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for the real estate sector, focusing on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will have a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities ● Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. ● Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. ● Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging. ● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. ● Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. ● Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. ● Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes. Skills and Qualities: ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. ● Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. ● Experience of working in the Real Estate Industry. ● Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices. ● Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. ● Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
