We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist who's got hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns and knows how to scale brands profitably. Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more. • Set up, optimise and scale performance-based lead generation funnels (B2B + B2C). • Manage 6 – 7 figure monthly budgets with strong ROAS and CAC control. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. • Track, analyse, and report performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and analytics dashboards. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are conversion-focused yet on-brand. • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and ad policies. Requirements: • 2 – 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (agency or brand-side). • Must have experience working in an agency handling multiple brands simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and retargeting funnels. • Experience handling ₹5L+ monthly ad spends. • Excellent skills in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Bonus if you have: • Experience in eCommerce and D2C brands. • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or marketing automation tools.
