Business Development Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to growth identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships within the pharmaceutical sector The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pharma sales market trends and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market Generate leads build a client pipeline and convert prospects into long-term customers Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor analysis and potential growth areas Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets and business objectives Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and commercial quotations Coordinate with the internal teams production QA QC supply chain regulatory to fulfill client requirements Participate in meetings conferences and industry events to promote company products and services Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales reports and business development activities Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards documentation and regulatory guidelines Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Science or Business Administration MBA preferred 6-10 years of experience in pharma business development sales or marketing Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to travel as required Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Education Bachelor s Preferred Location Haridwar Uttarakhand Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
