Key Responsibilities - Responsible for operation and cleaning of compression machine, combo deduster, accessories and area as per SOPs. - Responsible for handling of storage of machine change parts. - Responsible for operation and cleaning of punch polishing activities. - Responsible for cleaning and operation of Friability Apparatus, Auto tester- 4 and Disintegration Apparatus. - Responsible to perform various in-process tests as per the instruction outlined in the BMR. - Responsible for changeover as per define SOPs procedure. - Responsible for online In-process checks and online weighing of compressed tablets. - Responsible for setting the compression machine with minimum non-recovery. - Responsible to perform activity with safety and precaution. - Responsible to intimate the breakdown to supervisor/officer. - Responsible to guide and instruct the casual workers. - Responsible for handling the analytical balances and platform weighing balance. - Responsible for cGMP compliances and followed the SOPs in compression department. - Responsible to achieve plan/output within instructed given time limit. - Responsible for cGMP compliance and discipline in compression section. - Responsible for performing daily activity with complying safety norms, GMP and GDP guidelines. - Responsible for producing good quality product without any complaint. - Responsible for reporting of any abnormalities in the parameter immediately to the Dept. Head/ HOD. - Responsible for performing any other work whenever assigned by reporting authority.
