What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) As the Fundraising Consultant (Part-Time / Remote), you will: Fundraising & Investor Relations - Identify, connect, and onboard HNIs, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors. - Syndicate funds through existing networks and investor communities. - Facilitate introductions, follow-ups, and communication between investors and the founding team. Growth Capital & Partnerships - Source potential partners and collaborators aligned with ARL’s sustainability vision. - Build relationships with impact and climate-focused investment networks. Who We’re Looking For - 2–5 years of experience in startup fundraising, syndication, or investor relations. - Strong network with HNIs, angels, and family offices (India or global). - Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, persuasive, and results-driven. - Passionate about sustainable, impact-driven ventures. Bonus Points - Prior experience with any fundraising. - Understanding of convertible instruments, CCDs, or early-stage deal structures. - Ability to create or refine pitch materials, summaries, or investor briefs. Compensation & Incentives - Finder’s Fee: Percentage commission on successfully raised funds. - Long-Term Incentive: Eligibility for advisory equity/sweat shares for bringing strategic or high-impact investors. - Flexible Engagement: Work remotely, part-time, and outcome-based — ideal for consultants or professionals with investor networks.
