Updated Yesterday Location Gurgaon HR India Job ID 12438 Description About the role Wea re seeking a detail-oriented proactive Studio Manager to join our internal creative production studio supporting healthcare-focused agency work Based in India this role will play a pivotal part in our growing global studio networka helping to enable 24 7 creative production by coordinating project intake and handed off from and to other studio locations in order to complete or keep the projects moving In this hybrid role which blends project intake and resource management youa ll act as a key liaison between global studio teamsa ensuring creative projects are properly scoped resourced and set up for successful execution This position goes beyond task coordination ita s about building strong solutions-focused relationships with studio teams across geographies driving speed quality and operational excellence in delivery Key Responsibilities Manage intake and review of all incoming task requests into the studio workflow Ensure requests are clear complete and actionablea including verifying project codes file locations reference materials due dates and direction Assign tasks to the appropriate creative resources based on specialization workload and timelines Manage the handoff of all outgoing task requests to go into the studio workflow Identify and resolve gaps in information by coordinating directly with Studio Managers from other locations Provide constructive feedback to studio leadership on recurring issues or trends in task submissions helping improve clarity and consistency over time Manage and optimize studio resources to keep projects moving efficiently through the pipeline Collaborate with global Studio Managers to balance workloads and ensure timely project completion Act as a communication bridge between creative resources and studio contacts to support smooth handoffs and follow-ups Track the status of active projects and escalate blockers when needed Champion operational excellence and consistency in all task management and intake practices Attend hot-sheet and kick-off meetings as needed to ensure timely updates and alignment Will also review completed tasks to ensure all edits were executed as requested What we are looking for 3 years of experience in a production traffic or studio operations rolea preferably within a creative or agency environment Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to align multiple projects and stakeholders across geographies Experience managing intake processes troubleshooting task clarity and providing feedback to upstream partners Skilled in resource management traffic coordination and workflow optimization Problem-solving mindset with confidence to seek missing details and clarify expectations Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical space strongly preferred Knowledge of creative video and technology production workflows Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with studio management tools such as Wrike Jira or similar project management platforms Background working with creative teams design technology video etc Fluency in English bilingual skills a plus About the team Youa ll be part of a fast-paced collaborative global studio network dedicated to delivering high-quality adaptive and derivative creative work for Syneos Health agencies Our team values clarity collaboration and continuous improvementa both in the work we produce and the processes we refine At Syneos Health Communications we are dedicated to building a diverse inclusive and authentic workplace If your past experience doesna t align perfectly we encourage you to apply anyway At times we will consider transferable skills from previous roles We also encourage you to join our to stay connected to additional career opportunities Boldsky Creative Studio supports more than 12 Syneos Health marketing and communication agencies as well as direct-to-customer engagements We function as the agencies creative execution and production arm implementing their creative vision As part of Syneos Health our agencies a consisting of leading brands and experts in advertising branding public relations managed markets and medical communications a are engaged in every point of influence in health providing real-world insight into markets and audiences in ways that no other partner could Work Here Matters Everywhere How are you inspired to change lives Syneos Health companies are affirmative action equal opportunity employers Minorities Females Veterans Disabled Share this job
