Job Description About Us Feelivacation is a premium travel-tech company curating exclusive corporate retreats and wellness travel experiences across destinations like Phu Quoc, Bali, Goa, and Dubai. We partner with corporates to design customized retreats that drive employee engagement, leadership bonding, and team performance. Role Overview We are seeking ambitious and driven Sales Executives to lead our corporate outreach and close high-value retreat deals. This role requires a consultative approach, connecting with HR leaders, CHROs, and Founders, and positioning Feelivacation as their trusted retreat partner. Key Responsibilities - Identify and connect with corporate HR, Admin, and leadership decision-makers. - Pitch Feelivacation's retreat solutions through LinkedIn outreach, email, and in-person meetings. - Consult with clients on budget and goals to co-create tailored retreat packages. - Coordinate with the operations team for proposal development, pricing, and contracts. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment collection. - Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Requirements - 23 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Travel / MICE / HR Solutions / Event Sales. - Proven track record of closing deals with HR/Admin/CHRO-level executives. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a startup-like environment. - Willing to travel locally for client meetings. Compensation - Fixed Salary: 35K40K/month (based on location & experience). - Performance Incentives: 15K20K per retreat closed. - High growth potential with future leadership opportunities.
