Role Overview We're seeking a passionate Technical Co-Founder to partner with the founder in scaling WINLegally from MVP to a market-leading platform. This hands-on leadership role involves driving technical strategy, development, and innovation while contributing personal investment to align incentives and accelerate growth. As a co-founder, you'll receive significant equity (10-20%, negotiable based on experience and investment) and shape the company's future. Ideal for an experienced engineer-entrepreneur excited about AI, SaaS, and India's SME ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Lead the technical roadmap: Architect, develop, and optimize WINLegally's AI-driven features (e.g., chatbot for legal advice, automated GST filing, cash flow forecasts) using scalable technologies like Vercel, Firebase, and AI frameworks (e.g., Torch, SymPy for integrations). - Build and manage the engineering team: Recruit developers, implement best practices for code quality, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR-like standards for Indian data). - Innovate and iterate: Enhance multilingual AI capabilities (adding Tamil, Telugu), integrate with tools like Tally/QuickBooks, and ensure platform reliability for 1M+ users by Year 5. - Collaborate on business strategy: Work closely with the co-founders on product-market fit, investor pitches, and growth tactics, including our buzz campaign. - Invest and fundraise: Contribute personal investment and leverage your network for additional funding rounds. Requirements - Proven technical expertise: 5+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in AI/ML, SaaS development, cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Firebase), and full-stack (Python, JavaScript, React). Fintech/legal tech experience is a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset: Track record as a founder, CTO, or lead engineer in early-stage startups; comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats. - Domain alignment: Passion for India's SME sector, understanding of challenges like GST compliance and multilingual needs. - Strong communicator: Excellent collaboration skills for investor meetings, team building, and community engagement (e.g., via and events). - Bonus: Network in AI/SaaS investors & experience with scalable AI models.
