Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead the overall sales function for the Software services company. The role involves working closely with the Technical team and Client to provide solutions that meet Clients Business and Financial requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build Sales Pipeline for the domestic and international market for the Software Services. Meet quarterly sales target.
- Build strong client relationship and drive sales of the software services offered by the company
- Carry out market intelligence and lead qualification for the Software services
- Work with clients to build the value proposition to address the Client's business needs
- Build Client proposals, make Client presentations and participate in Client negotiations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Management degree in Sales and Marketing with Computers background
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing for the Software services company
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Good experience in Technology trends and overview of technology usage in business
- Experience of selling in Indian / Domestic market, SME and Enterprise
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
Professional Attributes:
- Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
