conceptualize and propose solutions design the application in collaboration with the architects perform development tasks ensure smooth deployment support use and maintenance perform activities in the steady state support Participate in implementation and end-user training for the respective Microsoft technology applications Developed applications shall be scalable secure and maintainable conforming to industry best practices and principles Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements and specifications Organize and perform technical reviews Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and techniques to improve software development processes and product quality Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents test plans and user guides Perform estimation of resources and planning of software development tasks and projects Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner Foster a culture of continuous improvement Effectively contribute to developing and maintaining application management structures policies and standards Monitor effective usage of the technology platform Educational Qualifications and Work Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems BSc MSc MCA BE BTech ME MTech from science engineering and technology colleges Microsoft certified Azure Developer Associate or similar Microsoft certifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in application development of which a significant part shall be on Microsoft Net full-stack development Experience of leadership role would be good to have Technical Skills 15 years of experience in programming on Microsoft technologies of which a significant duration shall be on Microsoft full-stack software development Strong proficiency in C NET ASP NET Razor Blazor MVC Web API and SQL Server Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and related technologies Proven experience in architecting and implementing scalable secure and maintainable applications Proven experience in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks e g Angular React jQuery Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with CI CD tools and processes such as Azure DevOps Familiarity with other cloud platforms e g AWS or GCP and related technologies Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box problem-solving approaches to formulate innovative solutions Demonstrate collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and work with a distributed team International mindset -
