Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Achieve sales target from DSAs by acquiring new DSAs and maintaining existing relationships by visits at predefined frequency
- Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organisation
- Ensure activation of channels on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAs
- To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective training of DSA of our USPs & Policy guidelines and promotional material if any for customer acquisition at local level
- Ensuring sourcing mix of Corporate DSA: Retail DSA, SEP: SENP profile, Uniform Disbursement, WIRR, PF% & Insurance penetration
- Coordinate with functional teams to resolve issues concerning DSAs including pay-outs, login issues etc.
- Manage & coordinate DSAs on a regular level to oversee seamless journey for loan application process
