We're passionate about our people, our customers, our values, and our culture We are now looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our growing team and lead marketing initiatives across markets. About the Role The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing Cradlewise's marketing strategy to drive awareness, growth, and customer engagement globally. This role requires both marketing insights and operational execution: from implementing marketing strategies to ensuring alignment across teams, to tracking success metrics. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Ownership 2. Translate company priorities into executing actionable marketing initiatives on the ground. 3. Manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure success. 4. Identify when something isn't working and raise the right questions to reset direction. 5. 6. Team & Vendor Management 7. Coordinate workstreams across internal teams (content, design, tech, growth, product, PR, CX) and external vendors (paid media, influencers, event agencies). 8. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. 9. Modify and set schedules and processes to streamline efficiency. 10. Foster accountability by tracking success metrics. 11. 12. Execution & Measurement 13. Drive consistent brand messaging across channels. 14. Track performance metrics and ROI of all campaigns and channels. 15. Continuously optimize marketing initiatives based on insights and results.
