Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs in line with the company's strategic goals. - Manage the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful implementation. - Oversee the creation and deployment of various marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events. - Monitor program performance through key metric analysis and detailed reporting. - Manage program budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. - Stay updated on market trends and customer insights for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent considered a plus. - Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing program management or a similar role. - Possess strong project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, an analytical mindset, proficiency in marketing tools and software, creative problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of digital marketing channels and tactics.
