Job Title Sales Executive - Inside Sales Location Thane Job Type Full-Time Hybrid Experience 1 years in sales or customer service preferred About the Role The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads generated through Google and Meta Ads into confirmed bookings for our resorts WildCamp Resort Igatpuri Spring Nature Stay Kashid and Seawinds Hotels Guhaghar You must be confident in communication and able to present information effectively through calls emails and messaging This role also involves coordinating and brainstorming with the Digital Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements Key Responsibilities Convert inbound leads into bookings across all associated resorts Communicate professionally and persuasively via call email and messaging Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to discuss lead quality challenges and improvements Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely responses to inquiries Accurately document interactions leads and booking status Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Confident and self-driven personality Basic computer literacy Excel emails CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage Benefits Fixed salary Hybrid work flexibility Supportive work environment Training and growth opportunities Future perks based on performance e g sales commissions incentive programs Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
