Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Travel Sales Executive who specializes in Dubai holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai attractions, hotels, itineraries, visa processes, and tourism offerings. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and delivering exceptional travel planning services to customers seeking Dubai vacations. Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell Dubai holiday packages, including flights, hotels, tours, airport transfers, and customized itineraries. - Provide expert advice on Dubai attractions such as Desert Safaris, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Yas Island, theme parks, cruises, and more. - Stay updated on Dubai events, seasonal promotions, hotel deals, and tourism trends. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable Dubai travel packages based on budget, interests, and travel duration. - Handle visa guidance and documentation requirements for Dubai tourist visas. - Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dubai-based suppliers, DMCs, and hotel partners. - Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities (e.g., activities, upgrades, special experiences). - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and social media platforms. - Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth coordination from booking to travel completion. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Required Qualifications & Skills - Prior experience in selling UAE / Dubai holiday packages (preferred). - Strong knowledge of Dubai's key attractions, hotels, transportation, and tourism offerings. - Experience working with DMCs, especially UAE-based partners. - Understanding of Dubai visa processes (tourist visa applications, documentation, timelines). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in travel booking tools and CRM systems (knowledge of GDS is a plus). - Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
