Job Description HEAD OF SALES - ANDHRA Head of Sales plays a pivotal leadership role in revenue generation and implementing sales strategies for the Organization. Predominantly responsible for sales strategy, revenue growth and increasing market share in the all states in Andhra. The HOS will lead a dynamic sales team. Duties & Responsibilities Ensuring the achievement of targets, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth and success as a global education and immigration services provider. - Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends. - Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities. - Set SMART sales targets and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team of professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, HR, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment in business strategies. - Work closely with the marketing dept to integrate marketing and sales efforts effectively. - Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's capabilities. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, internal and external stakeholders. - Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base. - Implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in key markets. - Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. - Work hand-in-hand with HR team in implementing timely performance reviews, rewards and recognition schemes and all employee welfare programs. Provide regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Implement cost-effective strategies and incentive schemes to drive sales growth while maintaining financial discipline. Implement data-driven decision-making processes within the sales team. Stay abreast of advancements in sales tools and methodologies, integrating them into the sales process and also immigration and study abroad changing rules and regulations. Develop and manage the sales budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI. BUDGET: Ranges from 70-80k P.M
