Develop and implement R D strategies and initiatives Lead and manage R D projects from concept to commercialization Oversee the research and development team providing guidance and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and production Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards Manage the R D budget and allocate resources effectively Drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous learning o Lead the development and commercialization of new dyes pigments and intermediates including synthesizing and characterizing new products o Design and develop synthetic routes for manufacturing dyes and pigments with desired quality and cost parameters o Create cost-effective synthetic routes for intermediates and optimize processes for efficiency o Oversee the successful validation of new products on pilot and plant scales o Provide timely solutions for plant troubleshooting and technical support to production and sales teams o Develop new applications for existing products and stay updated on new manufacturing processes and technologies o Proficiency in chemical reactions and synthesis o Experience with literature surveys for new manufacturing processes o Ability to analyse experimental results and propose solutions to deviations o Experience with pilot and plant-scale operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Application Question s what is your Current CTC Experience Manager 10 years Required Location Dombivli Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
