Job Overview We are looking for a female sales coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in client servicing, order processing, and communication. This is a back-office role based at our Jaipur office, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and vendors regarding orders and deliveries - Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up on payments - Maintain sales records and customer databases - Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally - Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries - Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports - Track inventory levels and update the team accordingly - Support in managing dealer and distributor communication About Company: Jai Bajrang Steels was incorporated in 2009.
