Title: Social Media ManagerOrganization: Jaipur Rugs.About Jaipur Rugs:Jaipur Rugs is a spiritually charged organization, globally renowned for its hand-knotted rugs and the responsible way they are woven to contribute to the socio-economic development of thousands of artisans across the grassroots of India.With a presence in over 60 countries, our high-quality products and iconic designs define trends in the global home furnishing market.As a conscious brand, Jaipur Rugs continuously strives to enrich its value chain connecting rural weavers with global consumers.Our model of inclusive growth has earned recognition from thought leaders and institutions worldwide.The late management guru C.Prahalad featured Jaipur Rugs in The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid as a pioneering case study in social innovation.Role Overview:The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital strategies that reflect Jaipur Rugs ethos blending artistry, sustainability, and storytelling.This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive engagement and elevate the brands digital presence.Key & Planning:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.- Plan and manage monthly content calendars covering storytelling, campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.- Monitor digital trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to ensure Jaipur Rugs remains ahead of the curve.Content Creation & Management:- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (images, videos, reels, stories, and posts).- Collaborate with internal teams design, content, and photography to maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetics.- Ensure timely execution of campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.Community Engagement & Growth:- Build and nurture an authentic online community that reflects Jaipur Rugs values and artistry.- Respond to comments, messages, and queries with empathy and authenticity.- Partner with influencers, collaborators, and online communities to strengthen brand visibility and trust.Analytics & Reporting:- Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to measure engagement and campaign success.- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.- Continuously refine digital strategies based on audience behavior and analytics.Collaboration & Leadership:- Work closely with cross-functional teams e-commerce, PR, design, and product to align digital storytelling with key brand moments.- Manage agency relationships and external vendors to ensure creative excellence and timely delivery.- Mentor junior team members and streamline internal processes for efficiency.Key Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media management for lifestyle, fashion, design, or premium consumer brands.- Strong understanding of storytelling, content strategy, and digital trends.- Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and analytics platforms.- Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with Jaipur Rugs artisanal and luxury brand identity.
