Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and dedicated XR Developer to join our Global Design teams in Bangalore and Gurugram. You'll work with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting our UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, APAC, and other global regions. We're looking for someone who can execute projects with the highest attention to detail and confidently roll out creative concepts to deliver a variety of design solutions for engineering, infrastructure, and architectural projects. This role requires an organized and methodical mind, excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal clients, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, progressive environment. You'll be a strong communicator and team player, embracing varied work and thriving in a dynamic setting.

Role & Responsibilities

Work Location: Bangalore and Gurugram

Communication & Verbal Skills

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and designers.
- Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect.
- Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

Education

- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Degree in Visual Arts & Communications with exposure to construction and engineering projects.
- Alternate: Bachelor's degree Architecture/Civil Engineering Discipline/Urban Planning/Transportation.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in construction and architectural projects.
- Preferable: Experience working on construction and architectural XR and VR project development.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Gaming engines (Unreal) with an understanding of optimization and considerations for real-time application creation.
- Excellent creative and visualization skills and eye for details.
- Conversant with integrating architecture, engineering, and AEC industry workflows of 3D for bespoke visualizations.
- Develop games and apps for construction and architectural showcase.
- Strong knowledge of C++ / Python and ability to problem-solve coding challenges.
- Working knowledge of Git systems.
- Able to create clean and consistent code that is understandable by other developers and expandable into different architectures.
- Strong knowledge of game development, Augmented/Virtual/Mixed reality projects.
- Experience with devices like Oculus, HTC Vive, Hololens2 would be essential.
- Good to have knowledge of 3D Max and Blender.
- Experience in developing web-based multiuser real-time solutions in Unreal.
