Position: Social Media Manager Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Gurgaon, India Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Time : 4 PM to 12 AM About the Role We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies, managing content direction, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, strategic planning, and analytical skills to ensure our brand presence is impactful, consistent, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc.). - Oversee content direction, ensuring alignment with brand identity, audience preferences, and campaign goals. - Lead the creation of content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives. - Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure engaging and high-quality content. - Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. - Engage with the community through timely responses, interactions, and relationship building. - Manage paid ad campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing team to maximize ROI. - Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. - Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. Requirements - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management. - Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content direction. - Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms. - Skilled in strategy, content planning, and creative direction. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. - Full-time availability to work on-site in Gurgaon office. Nice to Have - Experience in luxury, lifestyle, jewelry, or F&B industries. - Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
