Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, increase our online presence, and drive engagement and conversions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and increase brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with the online community.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
