Job Description

Role Expectations

Financial

- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives for assigned key accounts.
- Regularly follow up with key accounts to manage orders and ensure timely collection of account receivables.
- Ensure the order-to-payment cycle is adhered to in line with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

- Own and manage the overall relationship with each key account.
- Identify and develop customized knowledge pathways to build a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Monitor competitor activity, including products, services, pricing, and discount structures.
- Maintain and analyze data related to key accounts to support account-specific strategic decisions.
- Identify and nurture new account opportunities for future growth.

Process & Operational Excellence

- Act as the single point of contact for all customer-related issues.
- Ensure that operational processes are in place and executed to meet customer commitments.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teamssales, marketing, finance, and customer supportto meet end-to-end business goals.
- Analyze market trends and formulate annual sales plans in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue market opportunities through presentations, workshops, and on-ground promotion activities.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to manage and support tender businesses and participate in institutional key opinion leader engagement.
- Develop institutional business in corporate hospitals by liaising with the sales team to drive demand and manage stock movement.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to support varied customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mastery of core Territory Manager skills, with demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and business planning abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven leadership qualities, including a track record of coaching and developing sales reps.
- Ability to execute marketing plans and manage sales budgets and expenses.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities to effectively interact with all customer types.
- Ability to operate successfully within a high-performance team environment.

Education & Experience

- BDS/BBA preferred; equivalent experience in sales or business development will be considered.
- 12 years of experience in a similar role or within sales, preferably in the medical, dental, or orthodontic industry.
- A degree in sales, marketing, or a life science discipline is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a dental therapist or hygienist with industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong can-do attitude with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with pride in personal performance and continuous improvement.
