The Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about driving measurable results, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in scaling Outlaw Gaming's online presence and sales across India. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Optimise for ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Collaborate with creative and content teams to build performance-driven ad concepts Implement and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, Conversion API) Monitor budgets and bids for efficiency Prepare reports with actionable insights Skills & Expertise Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, GTM Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding, and scaling strategies Analytical with a solid understanding of attribution and funnels Experience working with creative teams for ad optimisation Bonus: Email/SMS automation or exposure to AI-based ad tools Requirements 23 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Passion for gaming, consumer tech, and digital marketing Job Details Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site preferred; hybrid flexibility available) Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Experience: 23 years Compensation: Competitive, based on experience How to Apply Send your resume and performance portfolio to [Confidential Information] Subject line: Performance Marketing Executive Your Name
