Job Description Job Description : About the Role We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer who blends creativity with product understanding and design thinking. This isn't just about making things look good - it's about making them work better. You'll lead the visual direction of our marketing - across web, brand, campaigns, events, and more - and play a critical role in translating complex product narratives into compelling visual experiences. You'll also collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and web teams to elevate how the brand shows up across touch points. What You'll Do . Own and evolve the visual language of the brand across all marketing channels (website, social, email, ads, events, etc.) . Lead the design of our website and landing pages in collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams . Bring in UX thinking to create visuals that are not just aesthetic but intuitive, functional, and conversion-friendly . Work with product marketing to visually simplify complex product ideas . Collaborate with content and digital teams to design campaigns that perform . Build and manage a system of design templates, style guides, and scalable components . Give and receive feedback with clarity and candor mentor junior designers where needed . Ensure brand consistency while pushing for innovation and modern design standards What We're Looking For . 3-8 years of experience in web design + graphic design (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment) . A strong portfolio that showcases your range across digital, web, and brand design . Experience owning website design (especially for marketing/sales pages) and working with developers to bring them to life . A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy . A deep understanding of user experience principles - especially in how people interact with web and mobile content . Comfort working with new AI tools, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and motion tools (bonus) . Willingness to explore and use AI tools to streamline workflows, spark ideas, and scale design output without compromising quality . Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work autonomously, and hit deadlines . Curiosity about the product - you care not just about the visual, but the story behind it Why Join Us .
