Overview Interior Company is a subsidiary of Square Yards Indias largest real estate platform Square Yards is Indias top-notch seller of new homes with offices in 30 Cities across 9 countries Run by a group of talented professionals driven by the passion for interior designing a frenzy for art and aesthetics and large doses of caffeine running in their veins Interior Company brings to you a hassle-free interior designing experience and white glove services We listen to your preferences top it up with our expertise and replicate your personality in your home dcor Job Summary The Regional Head Home Interiors will oversee end-to-end operations business development and customer satisfaction across the assigned region This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of home interior projects driving regional sales managing P L and leading a cross-functional team including sales design execution and customer support Key Responsibilities 1 Strategic Leadership Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets Lead business expansion efforts within the region including new store showroom openings Align regional goals with overall business objectives and drive operational excellence 2 Sales Business Development Monitor and drive sales performance of the regional team Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Collaborate with marketing to implement regional campaigns and promotions 3 Operations Management Ensure smooth execution of home interior projects within cost time and quality benchmarks Streamline processes across design procurement and installation functions Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations 4 Team Management Recruit train and mentor high-performing teams across departments sales design project management Foster a collaborative customer-focused culture Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed 5 Customer Experience Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints Resolve escalated issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation 6 Financial Management Own and manage the P L for the region Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality Forecast revenue and plan resource allocation accordingly Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Business Administration or related field MBA preferred 10 years of experience in interiors real estate or related sectors with at least 35 years in a leadership role Proven track record of handling multi-functional teams and scaling regional operations Skills Required Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent knowledge of interior design processes and project execution High customer orientation and problem-solving skills P L and budget management experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM ERP systems and project tracking tools
