Role- Store Executive Location- Kathua Jammu Kashmir Experience- 3-5 years Industry- Beverage Industry - Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Track organize and manage stock levels ensuring timely restocking and identifying slow-moving or non-moving items Operations Oversight Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling and maintaining store cleanliness Customer Service Assist customers with product inquiries provide recommendations and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience Staff Supervision Train guide and supervise store staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies Sales and Merchandising Work with store management to develop strategies to increase sales monitor merchandising and ensure attractive product displays Reporting Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to monitor performance and inform decision-making Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards within the store or warehouse environment Skills Qualifications Experience Proven experience in a similar role within retail operations or inventory management Organizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various store responsibilities Communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and staff Retail Knowledge A strong understanding of retail operations inventory systems and customer service Technical Skills Proficiency with inventory software and point-of-sale POS systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
