The SikhRI is a leader in advancing Sikhi knowledge fueled by via education and innovation SikhRI connects people with the teachings of Sikhi and works to strengthen the bonds of the Sikh community around the world by offering content and live experiences in a variety of mediums SikhRI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Head OH to lead and strengthen the organization s backbone and drive operational excellence This pivotal role will oversee all non-content functions including Marketing and Communications MarCom Finance Human Resources HR and Information Technology IT The OH will be critical in ensuring operational excellence fostering collaboration and driving organizational efficiencies As a key member of a global team the OH will report to the Innovation Director ID work in close partnership with directors and managers and benefit from guidance provided by strategic advisors Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Drive all non-content Objectives and Key Results OKRs to successful completion Monitor and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators KPIs for non-content departments Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency aligning with organizational goals and industry trends Operations Management Build manage and mentor high-performing non-content teams Oversee and optimize processes across non-content functions including MarCom Finance HR and IT Develop and maintain a robust Project Management System to track deliverables and timelines Organize and lead review sessions ensuring meetings are well-prepared stakeholders are engaged and outcomes are actionable Manage the governance calendar and ensure alignment with organizational priorities Compliance Performance Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations while implementing cost-effective management strategies Conduct performance analysis across departments providing actionable insights for continuous improvement Oversee procurement budgeting and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources Resolve operational challenges promptly and escalate effectively when necessary Communication Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between departments to ensure smooth operations Prepare and manage stakeholder reports ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals Solicit feedback on deliverables and continually improve processes Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in business finance marketing or a related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management with demonstrated expertise in marketing finance and process optimization Location Must be living in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh Mohali area Languages Fluency in English and Panjabi with working knowledge of the Gurmukhi script Technical Proficiency Advanced proficiency in collaboration management and financial tools including Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Slack Zoho BI platforms Harvest Asana and Funraise Skills Exceptional logical thinking communication and organizational abilities Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency What We Offer An opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a global organization dedicated to Sikh education and community empowerment Professional growth in a collaborative and innovative work environment with a diverse mission-driven team Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience and qualifications Application ProcessTo apply please submit the following 15 Jan 2025 A detailed cover letter highlighting your interest and qualifications for the role Your most recent resume Contact information for three professional references Sikhri
