Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading HR operations, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., ERP systems, payroll tools) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education sector or managing HR for a multi-department organization.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
