Job Description Manage treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs. Monitoring and forecasting of medium and long-term funding Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities. Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes. Assists in managing and maintaining company's banking infrastructure, including bank and brokerage relationships. Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to treasury. Oversees cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX management and hedging, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management. Understands and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity. Working closely with the business to minimize financial risks. Ensuring RBI and FEMA compliance, Ensuring timely reporting of ODI and APR. Monitoring and managing the various Bank Guarantees, Ensuring timely closing/renewal of Bank Guarantees. Requirements Working Experience with ERP(SAP), IND-AS Knowledge is preferred, Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Power point. Abilities to work independently, Consensus Building, Presentation Skills, Strategic Planning. 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Banking.
